Before property, Dale learned to transform how people and places are seen.
Her background spans fashion styling, visual publishing, and movie-set work—worlds where the whole impression depends on proportion, character, continuity, and the right final detail.
She brought that point of view to books including Dressing Thinand How to Dress Rich. The subject has changed, but the discipline has not: read what is already there, remove what distracts, and build a complete, believable world around it.
At Goday Properties, the residence, estate, or hospitality property becomes the subject. Dale guides the vision for how it can be restored, styled, prepared, and experienced.
